NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Bonding Act, Title 11, Chapter 14, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on December 12, 2024, the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of Wolf Creek Water and Sewer Improvement District (the “Issuer”), will hold a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to its proposed Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 2025 (the “Series 2025 Bonds”).
TIME, PLACE AND LOCATION OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Issuer shall hold a public hearing on December 12, 2024, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. at 2100 N. 5600 E. in Eden, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive input from the public with respect to (a) the issuance of the Series 2025 Bonds and (b) any potential economic impact that the Series 2025 Project described herein may have on the private sector. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate.
PURPOSE FOR ISSUING THE SERIES 2025 BONDS; MAXIMUM AMOUNT AND SECURITY
The Issuer intends to issue the Series 2025 Bonds in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $8,000,000 for the purpose of (a) financing the construction of a storage pond, distribution pipelines and pump stations and related improvements to the water and sewer system of the Issuer (collectively, the “Series 2025 Project”), and (b) paying costs of issuance of the Series 2025 Bonds. The Series 2025 Bonds will be secured by the net revenues of the Issuer’s water and sewer collection and treatment systems.
The Bonds may be issued in one or more series and be sold from time to time, all as the Board may determine.
