Mr. Thomas was raised in Layton, Utah and moved to the Ogden Valley in 1989 where he took the position of Golf Superintendent for the Wolf Creek golf course. The position also included maintaining the culinary, secondary and sewer lines and facilities. He is married to Eileen and has 2 children.
Mr. Thomas has seen a lot of the growth here in Wolf Creek, he has helped design and create the utility lines, reservoirs and facilities that make up the Wolf Creek Water and Sewer Improvement District. He is very familiar with the people and the issues of the area and is always willing to take the time to listen to concerns. He wants living in the Wolf Creek area to be the best experience possible.
