NOTICE
Wolf Creek Water and Sewer Improvement District
In Accordance with Utah Code 17B-1-306(4)
Three Board Member positions are to be filled at the next
General Election on November 7, 2023.
Candidates must be a United States citizen, must be at least 18 years old, must be mentally competent with no felonies, and have no convictions of treason.
Must be a registered voter within the District and must be a resident in the District
boundaries for 12 consecutive months prior to the election.
Those interested must file a Declaration of Candidacy in person at:
Wolf Creek Water and Sewer Improvement District
at the District Business Office located at
2580 N. Highway 162, Suite A, Eden, Utah 84310
Beginning June 1st through June 7th, 2023 (excluding weekend days)
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
There is a $25 filing fee due at the time of filing
